  1. I would like to request information under the Freedom of Information Act. The information that I require relates to a specific telephone maintenance contract. The contract information sent by the organisation previously has now expired please can you provide me with a new update of the telephone maintenance contract: Please can you send me the following contract information with regards to the organisation's telephone system maintenance contract (VOIP or PBX, other) for hardware and Software maintenance and support if all the information is still the same besides the contracts dates please send just the new contract dates. It would be much appreciated. 1. Contract Type: Maintenance, Managed, shared (If so, please state orgs) 2. Existing Supplier: If there is more than one supplier, please split each contract up individually. 3. Annual Average Spend: The annual average spends for this contract and please provide the average spend over the past 3 years for each provider 4. If the service support area has more than one provider for telephone maintenance, then can you please split each contract up individually for each provider. If the contract is a managed service or is a contract that provides more than just telephone maintenance, please can you send me all the information specified above including the person from within the organisation responsible for that particular contract.   2. I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act. Can you please provide the following: 1. How many unfixed potholes are there currently recorded under the council authority? 2. How much has the council spent on pothole repairs in the last 3 years - can this be broken down by year? (From January 2021-December 2023) - Up to and including any data held for January 2024. 3. How much has the council paid out in compensation claims and legal fees relating to vehicle damage caused by potholes since Jan 2022-Dec 2023 (up to and including any data held for Jan 2024)? Please can this be presented in PDF format?

  4. I would like to make a freedom of information request for the following information in relation to affordable housing contributions under section 106 and community infrastructure levies. I would like to a list of all developments from 2019 that have agreed on a affordable housing contribution or CIL. I would like the application number, the date, the amount agreed and the amount received. I would also like to know the councils policy on collecting such payments.

  6. I would like to make a freedom of information request for the following information: I would like to know the number of people on the waiting list for social housing as of 31st January 2023. I would like to know the mean wait time for social housing in 2023 for each band: A, B and C. If the bands are not applicable then just the average overall. I would like to know many ex serviceman/veterans were on the waiting list as of 31st January 2023. I would like to know how many women who were victims of domestic abuse were on the waiting list as of 31st January 2023 (this may be categorized as violence/abuse in current home). If you require clarification on any of these points please do get in touch.
