  2. Hello, Following good news that Oxford city centre's footfall has increased and bucked national trends, challenges have been apparent on social media that 'it's only tourists' and 'no one local shops in Oxford'. I note that in your press release dated 11 December - link here https://www.oxford.gov.uk/news/article/1010/oxford-city-centre-continues-to-buck-national-footfall-trends-in-the-run-up-to-christmas the press release stated that almost half of visitors are from Oxfordshire postcodes, which indicates there might be data available that could help assess this claim. Accordingly, please could you provide any data you have on sources of footfall to the city centre. Ideally this would be monthly data for 2022 2023 and 2024 to date providing the % of shoppers from OX postcodes and those not from OX postcodes which would enable analysis of change over time (post covid), and also assessment of the current status quo charge that 'visitors are only tourists'.   3. I would like to make a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The National Highways definition of the Local Road Network is that portion of the Road Network for which a Local Government is responsible, and is eligible for funding from the State Government to operate and maintain. With this in mind, for the last calendar year (January 2023 - Dec 2023) or last full year for which you have recorded figures, please would you disclose: 1a. the percentage of compensation claims, brought by drivers for vehicle damage from potholes in your Local Road Network, which were not paid out by your council. i.e. the total number of claims submitted to your council for pothole-related vehicle damage, versus the total number of claims paid out by your council. 1b. your council's criteria for compensating, or not compensating, a driver who brings such a claim. I am writing to submit a formal request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for information regarding cyberattacks/cyber breaches experienced by your local council over the past five years. Specifically, I am requesting the following information for each year from 2019 to 2024: 1. The total number of cyberattacks detected or reported to you for each year (and month if possible) between and including 2019 and 2024 2. A breakdown of the types of cyberattacks experienced, including but not limited to: * Phishing attacks * Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks * Malware infections * Ransomware attacks * Insider threats * Other types of cyber threats, if applicable. If possible, please provide the data in a tabulated format, clearly indicating the number of cyberattacks for each year and the type of attack.
