I would like to know the date on which OCC submitted its client brief for construction on Bertie Place Recreation ground to OX Place. I have looked through cabinet records and cannot find any reference to this.

Response

The Council did not submit a formal client brief for the construction of Bertie Place Recreation Ground to OX Place. Therefore, there is no submission date held for a client brief.

 

For this site, the Council’s requirements and proposals were developed through an ongoing process with OX Place, during which various options for the site were considered.

 

The Council’s development expectations and proposals for the Bertie Place site were subsequently set out in the report considered by Cabinet in August 2023.
