The Local Government Association’s annual conference took place at the Bournemouth International Centre this year from July 7th - July 9th. Please advise: 1. The names of any councillors or council officers from your local authority that attended. 2. Did your local authority pay any delegate/registration fees for those attending? If so, how much was spent collectively and individually for each person who attended? 3. Did your local authority pay, or has it agreed to pay, any expenses for those attending? If so, how much was spent (or agreed to be spent) collectively and individually for each person who attended?

In accordance with section 1(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), Oxford City Council (OCC) confirms that it holds information falling within the scope of your request.

1. The names of any councillors or council officers from your local authority that attended.

The following individuals attended the Local Government Association annual conference:

OCC paid a delegate fee of £599 plus VAT for each attendee.

OCC paid accommodation and rail travel costs for both attendees. No other expenses were recorded.
