4. Confirm current demand for Lot 3 and Lot 4 accommodation. Household numbers and property type.

• Demand for temporary accommodation fluctuates throughout the year in response to homelessness approaches, prevention outcomes and the availability of accommoda tion. Therefore, the Council does not hold a separate record of demand specifically attributed to Lots 3 and 4.

• As contextual information, the Council is currently receiving an average of approxi mately 30 homelessness approaches per week and making approximately 11 tempo rary accommodation placements per week. As of 4th September 2026, there were 63 households accommodated in Lot 3 accommodation and 39 households accommo dated in Lot 4 accommodation.
