All vehicles are leased and are changed over to electric when replaced.

- What will the total cost be to upgrade the council's entire fleet to new, ZEZ compliant vehicles, and any costs thus far which can be attributed to upgrading the fleet?

Unknown, as this will be dependent on prices and offers at the time of renewal;also, the fleet is being reduced, so not all vehicles will be replaced.
