I would like to make a request under the freedom of information act. I would like the following information. - I would like to know how much money the council has collected in affordable housing contributions under section 106 or community infrastructure levies in the years: 2023,2022,2021,2020. - I would like to know for the same years how much of the money was spent. - I would also like a list of the projects that the money was spent on.
Response
The Infrastructure Funding Statement (IFS) sets out the amount of developer contributions from the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and Section 106 Agreements (S106) that have been received, allocated and spent on the infrastructure priorities of Oxford City Council for the previous financial year.
