Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would be grateful if you could provide the following information: 1. Whether the council currently employs, or has employed in the past 10 years, any staff members who are based outside of the UK as their normal place of work. 2. If so, how many staff this applies to, and in which countries they are based. 3. Whether the council has registered such staff members with the appropriate social security authorities in their country of residence. I would prefer to receive the response by email.
