Affordable housing contributions

I would like to make a freedom of information request for the following information in relation to affordable housing contributions under section 106 and community infrastructure levies. I would like to a list of all developments from 2019 that have agreed on a affordable housing contribution or CIL. I would like the application number, the date, the amount agreed and the amount received. I would also like to know the councils policy on collecting such payments.
Response
As per Section 21(1) of FOIA,this information is available through our public access website. The officers' reports are published on the relevant pages to the applications and will state what affordable housing contributions are sought from each application. in some cases, there will also be the S106 agreements which also specify what is sought.
