I am submitting a Freedom of Information request to understand how your council refers to the team responsible for transformational activity, organisational change, service redesign, or improvement programmes. Please complete the below: - Does your council have a team titled “Transformation”? If not, what is the team called/reffered to as? If you do not have a centralised team, or any releavnt, please specify in your response.

Response

The Council does not have a centralised team titled Transformation.

 

The Council has a small team entitled Change Support, whose role is to manage two change-related programmes and to support service areas wishing to review processes.

 

The local government reorganisation of Oxfordshire has identified the need for a Project Management Office, which is currently in the process of being established.
