In accordance with section 1(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (DOIA), Oxford City Council (OCC) confirms that it holds recorded information within the scope of your request.
OCC does not operate a single fully integrated Enterprise Resource Planning system covering all six business areas listed in your request.
Information concerning OCC’s relevant current and pending contracts, including the supplier and contract information recorded within the register, is publicly available through OCC’s contract register.
Section 21 of the FOIA relates to information that is reasonably accessible to the applicant by other means. As the relevant contract information is already publicly available through OCC’s website, section 21 applies to that information.
Section 21 is an absolute exemption and is therefore not subject to the public interest test. This does not mean that OCC is refusing access to the information. Rather, the information is already available through an existing public source.
In accordance with section 16 of the FOIA, which relates to the duty to provide reasonable advice and assistance, OCC has provided the relevant link below to assist you in locating the published contract information.

If you disagree with any part of the response to your request, you are entitled to ask the Council for an internal review of the decision(s) made.
