How many 3 & 4 bedroomed properties are vacant in Oxford city

As of 18/6 there are currently a total of:

30 three-bedroom Council properties are vacant:

21 are in the process of being turned around/advertised/allocated and let
3 properties have structural issues which will need to be resolved before they are let in the future
6 are for use as decants for Council tenants required to move from their homes - for planned or emergency works

2 four-bedroom Council properties are vacant:

1 is in the in the process of being turned around/advertised/allocated and let
1 is for use as a decant for a Council tenant required to move from their home - for planned or emergency works.
