Request

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I would like to request the following information held by Oxford City Council. A list of current contracts for ICT services, network and connectivity, telephony and unified communications, data centre or hosting, enterprise software (finance, HR, housing, social care or similar) and programme or project management services. For each contract please give the supplier name, a short description, the start date, the end date, any extension options, the annual or total value and the job title of the contract owner. If this information is published in the organisation's contracts register under the Local Government Transparency Code, a link to the current register is a complete answer. If the request would exceed the appropriate cost limit, please limit it to contracts with an annual value over GBP 50,000 or tell me how to narrow it. I would prefer to receive the response by email as a spreadsheet.

Response

The Council publishes its register of current contracts, including contracts relating to ICT services, software and other commissioned services, on its website. The register is available at: Oxford City Council – Council Contracts

Section 21 – Information Reasonably Accessible by Other Means

We are applying Section 21(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, as the information is reasonably accessible to you through the Council's published contracts register.
