In accordance with section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), Oxford City Council (OCC) confirms that it does not hold a copy of the requested officer report relating to planning application reference 91/00043.

Following searches of the relevant records held by OCC, no copy of the requested report has been located. OCC is therefore unable to provide the report or publish it on its website.

The FOIA provides a right of access to recorded information held by a public authority at the time a request is received. It does not require a public authority to create, recreate or reconstruct information that it does not hold.

As the requested report is not held, no exemption under the FOIA is being applied.
