Financial agreement re Oxpens Bridge

I would be grateful if you could send me the financial agreement/contract between Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council pertaining to the proposed Oxpens Bridge. There is much speculation and conflicting information about what has been agreed re the funding of this project - the timeframe, cost, where the funding came from etc - that it would be helpful to understand. Thank you.

Please be advised that there are also some variations to the documents that are currently in the process of discussion with the County Council. The issues include the end date of the funding agreement and alterations to Schedules 5 & 6 regarding the works. These changes will be the subject of the normal decision making process.
