Dear Sir/Madam, Under FOI Act 2000, please provide me with the number of Right To Buy applications received for council-owned homes, broken down by month from February 2024 to January 2025. If there is still time in this request, please also provide me with the total current number of social housing properties owned by the council, and the number on the same date in 2020.

1.Please see attached. Please note there was a huge spike in applications numbers in November 2024 due to the discount changes.

2.If there is still time in this request, please also provide me with the total current number of social housing properties owned by the council, and the number on the same date in 2020.

We currently have 8082 properties.

On 1st of April 2020 we had 7669 properties.
