Dear Oxford City Council, I would like to request the following information about your Community Response Team 1) What type of issues/incidents do your officers typically deal with? 1a) Do you have any policy/procedures which outlines what your officers can and can't deal with? If so, please provide a copy 2) When do your officers operate? For example, do they only work Mon-Fri 9-5 or do they also work weekends? 3) Do your officers work on a shift pattern? 3a) If your officers work shifts, please provide a copy of their shift pattern/rota 4) How do you monitor the performance of your officers? For example, do you use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 4a) If so, please provide a list of KPIs you monitor 4b) How do your officers record actions/outcomes they completed? Please provide any sanitised spreadsheets or other documents which are used to record statistics/outcomes 5) Do your officers record patrols they have completed for monitoring purposes? 5a) If so, how do your officers record where they have patrolled and any outcomes? 2) When do your officers operate? For example, do they only work Mon-Fri 9-5 or do they also work weekends?

Mon - Friday 8 - 5, Saturdays 9 - 4.

3) Do your officers work on a shift pattern? 3a) If your officers work shifts, please provide a copy of their shift pattern/rota

No 4) How do you monitor the performance of your officers? For example, do you use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 4a) If so, please provide a list of KPIs you monitor

No KPIs except making an initial contact within 5 working days, earlier for higher risk category cases as set out in the policy 4b) How do your officers record actions/outcomes they completed? Please provide any sanitised spreadsheets or other documents which are used to record statistics/outcomes All actions are logged on a case management system, not on spreadsheets or other documents. Information is available on specific case types if required. PowerBi is used as a live reporting tool on outcomes, case types, etc.

5) Do your officers record patrols they have completed for monitoring purposes? 5a) If so, how do your officers record where they have patrolled and any outcomes? Please provide any sanitised spreadsheets or other documents which are used to record patrols

There is a limited patrol function for specific operations. There are not routinely record patrol plans.
