I am requesting any information held by Oxford City Council in relation to the management of the property at 53 Church Hill Road, Oxford, which I understand has been let under council management on behalf of a charity owner. Specifically, I would be grateful for: – Any records of repair, maintenance, or capital works carried out at the property while under council management – Any reports of significant defects or recurring issues (e.g. damp, leaks, drainage, structural movement, roofing) – Any records indicating periods where the property was vacant for repair or refurbishment – Any general property condition assessments or inspection notes held by the council If property-specific records are not available, I would be grateful for any relevant information held at block, estate, or street level.

In accordance with section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), Oxford City Council (OCC) confirms that it does not hold information falling within the scope of your request.

Following searches of OCC’s relevant records and systems, no information has been identified indicating that OCC managed the property at 53 Church Hill Road on behalf of a charity or any other third party.

OCC has not identified any records of repairs, maintenance or capital works carried out at the property, reports of significant defects or recurring disrepair, records showing that the property was vacant for repair or refurbishment, or property condition assessments or inspection notes.

OCC has also not identified any relevant information held at block, estate or street level that would fall within the scope of your request.
