Response

Response

All Members are entitled to a Council issued device, such as a laptop and mobile phone, and this can be made bespoke for any disabilities. Members can request paper copies of agendas or other important documents, if they cannot use a screen for any periods of time.

Committees are held in meetings rooms, which are compliant with accessibility regulations. Full Council can be convened outside of the chamber if required. There is a room within the Town Hall for Members to work in, and this can be used at any time throughout the week when Town Hall is open.
