Request

1) The number of businesses found selling illicit vapes for the period of 1 January 2022 - 31 December 2022 and January 2023 and 31 August 2023. 2) The key search terms I am seeking in relation to the type of business are; convenience store, corner shop, grocery store, supermarket, newsagent, symbol group, tobacconist, off licence and independent retailer. 3) Could you also provide the name the offending businesses traded under and their address. 4) The punishment for the business and whether they complied - warning, fine, compliance notice, escalation to the police, etc. Ideally, I would like these figures broken down month-on-month. If this request is too wide or unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the Act, you are required to advise and assist requesters. If any of this information is already in the public domain, please can you direct me to it, with page references and URLs if necessary.
