I am writing to formally report concerns regarding the condition and management of the HMO at: 35 Clive Road, Oxford, OX4 3EL Please confirm the information held by the Council in relation to 35 Clive Road, Oxford, OX4 3EL: (1) In what capacity does Mr Imran Hussain hold the HMO licence? (2) Who is recorded as the landlord? (3) Who is recorded as the owner? (4) Who is recorded as the person having control of the property? (5) Who is recorded as the person managing the property?

Response 1. In what capacity does Mr Imran Hussain hold the HMO licence? As the manager. 2. Who is recorded as the landlord? The Housing Act 2004 requires persons with a relevant interest in the property to be named. The Council does not separately record a person as the “landlord”. 3. Who is recorded as the owner? Imtiaz Gulzar. 4. Who is recorded as the person having control of the property? This is not recorded separately. Please see the response to question 5. 5. Who is recorded as the person managing the property? Enfields Lettings Residential Ltd and Imran Hussain.
