Please send me any plans that OCC has for any development along the lines of 15 minute cities, ULEZ, Net Zero etc Please send me searchable pdfs of any Environmental Impact Asessments or Strategic Environmental Assessments that the Council has carried out.

Oxford City Council is the planning authority for Oxford and has a responsibility to produce a Oxford Local Plan 2040 | Oxford Local Plan 2040 | Oxford City Council, which sets out where homes and business will be located around the city. The Local Plan, once agreed, then set out the rules by which planning applications are decided. We are currently working on the 2040 Local Plan. The latest Local Plan consultation document Oxford Local Plan 2040 | Oxford Local Plan 2040 | Oxford City Council (Preferred Options) mentioned 15-minute neighbourhoods, which simply means that every residents should have access to all the essentials for daily life (shops, parks) within a 15-minute walk or cycle ride of their home.

Any details of Environmental Impact Asessments or Strategic Environmental Assessments for this are held by Oxfordshire County Council who is responsbible for the ZEZ.
