The enforcement policy used by your housing team relating to enforcement action taken under part of the Housing Act 2004. Specifically, the policy, if available, which discusses the local authorities' approach to using their discretionary powers when a dwelling has category two hazards identified by the housing health and safety rating system (Housing Act 2004 S7).
