I am writing to request, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the following information relating to all developments approved in the last five years: 1.The total amount of unspent Section 106 funding currently held. 2.A breakdown of this unspent funding by purpose, including: *healthcare *transport and roads 3.A list of the developments from which this unspent funding arises, including the planning portal reference code for each development.

We are currently in the process of finalizing the end-of-year financial information and therefore do not yet have the confirmed expenditure figures for Section 106 contributions. However, the expenditure is not expected to differ significantly from the figures set out in this document.
