This is an information request relating to commercial investments taken by the council since 2019 Please include the following information: * A list of all commercial investments taken by the council during the 2019/20, 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23 and current financial years * The value of each investment * The future annual income forecast at the time of purchase * The actual income received each year since the purchase, up until and including the 2022/23 financial year If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.

There have been no commercial investments taken by the Council during the 2019/20, 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23 and current financial years.
