What is the total license fee income collected from the selective licensing scheme up to the end of September (or October) 2025? 3. How many licence applications since 1/9/22 have been refused? 4. How many licensed properties have been inspected since 1/9/22? 5. Of those that have been visited how many were subjected to enforcement actions as a result of breaching the licence conditions? 6. How many licenses were revoked since 1/9/22? 7. Using what information does the Council decide it has to inspect rented accommodation, and where does this information come from? 8. What evidence is there that the Selective Licensing Scheme has improved the overall quality of rented accommodation in Oxford?
