Please could you search your records for the full enforcement history relating to this property and provide details of ANY formal enforcement action taken in relation to the property, regardless of the name of the owner, landlord, managing agent or person responsible. HMO. No formal enforcement action was taken under either the Housing Act or the
Town and Country Planning Act.
