Dear Oxford City Council, UnderFOI request made to HM Courts and Tribunal Service January 2014 FOI - 87871 it was stated that 'No third party therefore deals or issues liability orders. A liability order is generated by software owned by the Council/Local Authority; 1,Do Oxford City Council use Computer Software to generate liability orders? 2.If yes to above: What software company and what software release. do Oxford City Council currently use to generate liability orders? 3.Do all Council/Local Authority use the same software? 4.Is the software linked direct to the courts register? 5.Are the council able to amend, alter, change the amount awarded by the court due to later changes such as house sales? 6.Is the liability order issued by the Oxford City Council a 'true copy' of the liability order found on the court records. (Definition of true copy Law Dictionary: A faithful duplicate of an original document that is virtually identical and sufficient for its purposes to act as one) 7.
