I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information: 1. The total number of ASB cases which were opened during: * 2025 (January 1st - December 31st) * 2026 (to date) 2. The number of ASB cases that were closed without formal enforcement action during: * 2025 (January 1st - December 31st) * 2026 (to date) 3. How many formal applications for an ASB Case Review (Community Trigger) were received by the council during: * 2025 (January 1st - December 31st) * 2026 (to date) 4. Of those applications, how many were deemed to have met the local threshold for a multi-agency review? * 2025 (January 1st - December 31st) * 2026 (to date) 5. Of the cases that went to a full multi-agency review, how many resulted in recommendations that altered or added to the victim's existing ASB action plan? * 2025 (January 1st - December 31st) * 2026 (to date) Please provide the requested information in a spreadsheet format (such as Microsoft Excel), if possible. In accordance with section 1(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), Oxford City Council (OCC) confirms that it holds information falling within the scope of your request.

1. The total number of ASB cases which were opened during:

OCC can advise that all cases reported to the service would have had some form of action taken. OCC's recorded data identifies the individual actions undertaken on ASB cases, including contact, investigation, case management and resolution/enforcement activities. It does not provide a discrete figure identifying the number of cases that were closed specifically without formal enforcement action.

OCC is therefore unable to provide a reliable numerical figure for this part of the request from the information recorded in that form. In particular, OCC has not treated general action on a case as being equivalent to formal enforcement action.

3. How many formal applications for an ASB Case Review (Community Trigger) were received by the council during:
